Where do you ship from? All orders ship from Canada .

How long does it take? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 3–7 business days within Canada. International delivery times vary by destination.

How much is shipping? Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Will I get tracking? Yes — a tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Will the license plate frames fit my car? Our frames fit all standard Canadian and US license plates (12.25" × 6.25") using the standard 4-hole mount. Screws are included.

Are decorative plate frames legal? Most Canadian provinces and US states allow decorative frames as long as they don't cover your plate number, province/state name, or registration stickers. Always check your local regulations before installing.

Which phone and AirPods models do you support? Phone cases are available for a wide range of iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, and Google Pixel models — just select your model on the product page. AirPods cases fit AirPods 1/2 and AirPods Pro.

Are the crystals real? Our rhinestone pieces use hand-set faceted crystals on durable bases — built to sparkle and survive everyday driving, including Canadian winters.

Orders & Returns

Can I change or cancel my order? Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
